In the past two decades of brilliance, Xinpeng has developed from a small factory with hundred employees and annual sales amount of only RMB 5 million to an initially-scaled modern enterprise with 2,200 employees and annual output value as much as RMB 1.4 billion. The historical evolution of Xinpeng is just an epitome of the huge success of China’s reform and opening-up policy. Xinpeng will continuously keep moving forward and have a more brilliant future. To meet the requirement of future business development, we will set up four business departments and adopt the modern enterprise management system to run one center (HQs Management Center) and four business departments (Auto Branch、 Tele-communication、High Precision Mechanical、Electronic & Electrical). Based upon independent R&D and innovation, we are to carry forward the excellent essence of our national industry, create famous brand and become one of the China’s best supplier with a world-class products in international market.
Shanghai Xinpeng Industry Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a shareholding company, which was transformed from its predecessor company (founded in 1997) in October, 2007. The Company now has a registered capital of RMB 225 million and occupies 191,400 square meters with a building area of 73,800 square meters.
As a professional manufacturer of electromechanical parts and a major supplier for many world-famous multinational corporation, the Company specializes in developing and manufacturing special standard and non-standard metal electromechanical parts (including the stamping parts of automobile, office automation equipment, home appliance, UPS, netwroks equipment, power tools and etc.), OEM products (including power tools, workbench series. ), toolings and DC and AC motors and etc.. The Company possesses many machining process including stamping, sheet metal, progressive stamping, NC punching and bending, laser cutting, 4-axis interlock machining center for tooling machining as well as various metal machining and forming capabilities including precise and slow-feeding wire cutting machining and conventional lathing, milling, drilling, grinding, riveting and tapping. In particular, it is adept at designing and manufacturing various kinds of toolings and producing various complicated metal parts via stamping and sheet metal processes.
